Working Financial Statements

Financial statement data comes from materials and annual reports from IAAPA, IALEI and candid conversations with existing owner/operators. Some of the reports used in completing our financial statements are;

US Amusement Industry Consumer Survey
Statistical Survey - Games
Statistical Survey - Food Service
Capital Investment Survey
Managing Attractions for More Profit
IALEI Industry Reports

Included in the Template Business Plan is a 'linked' Microsoft Excel Spread-Sheet. The spread-sheet includes;

Base-line Assumptions
Start-up Costs - View Sample 1, Sample 2
Income Statement - Year One
Income Statement - Year Two
Monthly Cashflow - Year One
Cashflow Statements - Years Two through Five

All (6) pages within the Excel spread-sheets are 'linked'. You simply input costs for each activity, your building lease expense, the amount of staff and hours of operation, advertising and marketing budgets (this information is included in the plan as a percentage of gross sales based on the industry average), modify any of the included industry assumptions as they relate to your specific business goals (such as your proposed admissions fee, costs for each of your activities) and the sheets fill in the rest of your data! Print and include in your completed plan.

This is a great package because it allows you to run a wide variety of "what-if" scenarios... by modifying your startup inputs you can quickly determine your profit and loss based on building size, market size, activity mix, or number of employees, or annual operating expenses!

And as with all products and services from the Family Entertainment Center - it is not a 'Buy & goodbye' sort of deal. We are here to assist. Feel free to send us an email, or call us directly - we are always available to answer your questions. This level of customer service is our primary strategy to continue to improve upon our products and services, and often times creates a confident relationship that may lead to other opportunities.
