BUSINESS PLANNING
The FEC Network.com offers industry specific business plans and amusement developer courses as a service from experience as both amusement operator and manufacturer. We do not imply nor guarantee that the plans as completed will secure any amount of funding or success in operating a family fun center, it is the direct responsibility of the owner/management team to ensure the success of a fun center project. Materials and information gathered, shared and contained within the business plans remains the property of the FEC Network.com and may be used for marketing purposes and/or within the context of the business planning service. The business planning service and therefore the contractural agreement between the FEC Network.com and the business plan customer are deemed completed by the FEC Network.com upon customer's receipt of the planning package materials and satisfactory completion of the additional support services therein. Packages offering direct telephone support are available Monday - Saturday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm PST. and expire as indicated in the plan package, or after one full year passing from the original payment date. The plan content is limited to the market experience and resources of the FEC Network and is not subject to requests for modifications or specific additions by the plan customer. Any further editing or customization is the responsibility of the plan custome, or can be purchased as additional consulting time with the FEC Network at $150 per hour. Initial review, consultation and preparation are expenses incurred and do not permit refunds. The FEC Network.com at it's own discretion may decide to continue to work with the customer from that time forward under a pre-determined consulting arrangement.
